I’ve been in the fashion industry for over a decade, holding Director positions at DKNY Jeans, Express, and most recently bebe where I’m designing a fashion forward capsule to launch June 2010. I love prints, sparkle, and super short dresses – my line is an explosion of all three. Spring 2010 was inspired by the movie Weird Science and will be in stores in March. My Fall 2010 line is all about bad luck – black cats, broken mirrors, number 13s. I wanted to challenge the idea of superstition, we broke a mirror to create the prints and embellishments and I can tell you that so far my luck has continued to be stellar. And I’m pretty sure my customers will have no problem getting lucky while wearing the collection.
